How to get the stream object of the converted image(PNG) from PPT

I would like to get the converted image in PNG format of the PPT slide. I used your example in the API examples for .NET REST API. I found this code:
Stream responseStream = SaasposeUtils.ProcessCommand(signedURI, “GET”);

Does responseStream contains the converted image of the PPT slide?
