How to handle overflow data with in template

I have created one template (See attached doc) in which bold line are fixed title and other are data.
If data overflows then i want to repeat the same template in the next page with overflow data.
Can you please tell me how can i do that ?

but can i do this dynamically, i am generating word files in run time and in run time it decides the header , i am not using mail merge.

You can insert your table into the header. Then it will repeat on each page. See the following link
