How to Replace custom font when save doc(word 97) to docx

I want to custom replace font from ‘Times New Roman’ to ‘My Font’.
when the program checked the font incorrectly.

Example Reference to IWarningCallback :
Description: Font ‘Times New Roman’ has not been found. Using ‘DilleniaUPC’ font instead. Reason: font info substitution.

How to change using font ‘DilleniaUPC’ to ‘My Font’ .
