How to set and get CustomXmlProperty objects?

Hi all!
How to set and get CustomXmlProperty objects from a Word 2007 docx/dotx document in Aspose.Words?
I’ve found the CustomXmlProperty and CustomXmlPropertyCollection classes in the Aspose.Words.Markup namespace but can’t find anywhere how to use with a Document og DocumentBuilder object. Also the DocumentExplorer in the demo folder seems to not reconize Content Controls.
My senario is:
- Load docx/dotx (Content Controls is defined in document)
- Populate Content Controls with data
- Save as docx and PDF

Please help a potential new customer :slight_smile:
UPDATE: Just tried to load a docx with custom control data and saved as PDF with Aspose, seems that Aspose can not read Word Content Controls. Is this not supported???

Thank you for your interest in Aspose.Words.
As you know custom XML in OOXML consists of:

  • Content Controls
  • Custom XML
  • Smart Tags

Aspose.Words at the moment supports only Smart Tags in OOXML documents.
Support for content controls and custom XML will be coming later this year.
