HREF not working on converting HTML to PDF

Hi,

I have used Aspose.pdf 12.0 licensed version. I have html document contains table of content with the anchor tag having href which redirect the page on click. After successful conversion of HTML to PDF, the href link is not working.

I got some warning symbol on the hand icon while hover my cursor into the link

Can anybody help me to resolve this issue
