When converted to html, the table in the attached document isn’t correct with Webkit, Opera or Firefox.
I used version 9.1 of Aspose.Words.
In this case, it seems the first cell of the next to the last and the last rows have an extra colspan=“2”.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-3516) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
