HTML converted to Word turns bullets into question marks

I have made a small aspx page that replicates this problem. We are trying to insert HTML into Word and instead of bullets, all of the dots are question marks.

Thanks for your patience. It is to inform you that the issue which you are facing is actually not a bug in Aspose.Words. So, we have closed this issue (WORDSNET-14790) as 'Not a Bug'.

Your input HTML contains "-aw-number-format:'?'". This is the reason you are getting '?' in the list. You need to replace '?' with "big bold point" or remove "-aw-number-format" property.
