While converting the html file to doc, styles present inside the head tag are not considered.
Whether it is bug or I’m missing something?

Thanks for your request. HTML to Word conversion is fully supported, although there are some limitations which are listed here and here. External CSS is not supported. Only inline style support is implemented up to this moment.
