Html to docx and pdf checkbox not properly checked

dear sir



when i export the html to pdf or docx the checkbox is not properly display with check mark instead of this there X mark show in checkbox .please help me . i have a licence of aspose i also post regarding this issue previously but i not got response so please soon as possible response me.
