HTML to PDF CSS padding problem

Hi,

I am using the PDF library to convert HTML to PDF and have done this successfully however once the HTML is converted it does not recognise the padding styles in the table. Is this a bug? I have posted the code below.

html {font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:10px;}

body {text-align:center; margin: 0; font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; }
body.whitePage {background:#FFFFFF;}
.matrix {border-collapse:collapse; font-size:11px; font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;}
.matrix tr th {font-weight:100; text-align:center;background-color:#182942; color:#FFFFFF; }

.evenRow{background-color:#F1F1F1; height:30px;padding:10px;}
.oddRow{background-color:#FFFFFF; padding:10px;}

.alLeft {text-align:left !important; padding:10px;}
.alRight {text-align:right !important;padding:10px;}
.alMid {text-align:center !important;padding:10px;}
