HTML to PDF stuck the process randomly

Hello Support,

We are using Aspose.PDF.Drawing to generate PDFs from HTML. Recently, we upgraded our Aspose version to 24.7.0. During this upgrade, we encountered instances where the HTML to PDF conversion process stalled, disrupting our production workflow.

Attached is the code snippet we are currently using for this functionality. Could you please review it and suggest areas for improvement? We suspect the issue may be related to high memory consumption and CPU utilization.

ConvertHTMLToPDF.docx (14.9 KB)

Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

@devashish55

The code snippet looks fine. Can you please share your sample HTML in .zip format as well? We will test the scenario in our environment and address it accordingly. Also, please try using 24.8 version which is the latest one.

Thanks for prompt response.

Please find attached html template that we are using to generate pdf file.
SampleHtml.zip (1.5 KB)

@devashish55

Can you please try using 24.8 version of the API because we tested in our Windows environment and could not replicate the issue. Also, please test in a separate console application and if issue still happens, please share the same application with us so that we can use it to reproduce the issue in our environment and address it accordingly.
