Hi Support,
Using a hyperlink with Japanese characters is converted to URL encoding:
Example:
Origin: <C:\テスト用フォルダ>
Output: <C: % E 3% 83% 86% E 3% 82% B 9% E 3% 83% 88% E 7% 94% A 8% E 3% 83% 95% E 3% 82% A 9% E 3% 83% AB% E 3 % 83% 80>
I have attached e sample c# project to replicate the issue and the images that show the difference.

I have worked with source code and presentation file shared by you using Aspose.Slides for .NET 17.8 and have been able to observe the issue.
