Can you please provide more details about the specific issue you are facing while creating the scatter plot chart? What programming language are you using?

Thanks for the screenshot and sample file.

Using Aspose.Cells, you can create charts which you can be created in MS Excel manually. Could you please create your desired chart in MS Excel (as per your screenshot/image), save the Excel file and provide us. We will check and assist you on how to do it via Aspose.Cells APIs.

The image we provided is not a chart but a manually created layout with horizontal and vertical lines and text boxes. Can we replicate this same design as a chart using Aspose.Cells? Please provide guidance on how to achieve this.

I’m sorry, but replicating the same layout in an MS Excel chart can be hard. If you utilized drawing shapes and tools, that wouldn’t count as a chart but rather a picture, and you won’t be able to create an exact or editable chart in MS Excel using chart elements or objects. We kindly ask you to create the chart manually (even if it’s not an exact match) and save the file to send to us. We will review it soon.
