I no longer received email notifications on replies or ticket fixes



I used to have email notifications whenever there was a reply to my post or when my ticket was fixed. But now I could no longer receive emails anymore.

I didn’t change any account settings. So I’m wondering is there anything changed with the Aspose notifications, and is there any way that I can enable the email notification?
