I wander to know the Whether the latest license has excel line limit?
Please provide us some more detail about your question. Please note, if you have Aspose.Cells valid license, you can create as many Excel files as you want without any issue. But if you do not have a license file, then whenever you will create Excel files, it will have an extra sheet which will contain a warning saying e.g.
Evaluation Only. Created with Aspose.Cells for .NET.Copyright 2003 - 2018 Aspose Pty Ltd.
