we have an issue with the Aspose.Pdf for .NET product.
We are using IIS 6.1 Build 7.6.01 SP1 with Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Standard
In this environment there is a project that is using your Aspose product to place the signature in a PDF document.
Since yesterday our server worked fine and just this morning we have the problem attacched below :
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to a instance of an object.
Aspose.Pdf.License.SetLicense(String licenseName)
on the code line
lic.SetLicense(Server.MapPath(“PDF/Aspose.Pdf.lic”))

We tried to replace the original license file “Aspose.Pdf.lic” cause we thought in a possible file damaged issue but nothing changed, we had the same error.
Please help us to solve this problem.

Would you please update us if the error persists even after restarting the server/application or if it disappears randomly. Please also mention .NET Framework version in your environment and create a narrowed down sample application reproducing this issue so that we may try to reproduce and investigate it further. Moreover, please ensure using Aspose.PDF for .NET 18.7 in your environment.

We are using Aspose .NET 18.7.
We restarted the server but the error persisted. For this project , we incapsulated the Aspose DLL directly inside the project. We tried to substitute the DLL with a fresh one and now it works fine. I guess the problem was cause the DLL file was corrupted.
