Illustrator file (*.ai) rendering issue

Hi Team,

Initially I was facing “DivideByZeroException” which was fixed in 24.9 version.

But still there is a problem in rendering for the result image and here are an example:

Here is the “Ai” file I used (Added to zip to upload it):
TestAiFile.zip (3.2 MB)

Here is the expected result:
Expected.png (148.6 KB)

Here is the “Aspose PSD” result:
AsposeResult.png (56.5 KB)

Could you please update me on it?

I was informed before that this issue will be fixed in 24.10.

Now version 24.10 is published but the issue is still there and I can’t find the Issue ID: “PSDNET-2174” or the name of it in the release notes here : Release Notes

So, Did you change the plan for it or move it to another version or what?

@muhammadzaghloul unfortunately, your task is still in progress. The provided AI file is quite complex. At this moment rendering looks like this:

The exception was fixed, but rendering capabilities are far enough from pixel-perfect result. But team actively working on it. When the task will be completed, the notification will be sent through the current forum topic.
