Image Conversion - x-emf

Hi,
It seems that a number of “non web ready” images that might be in a PPTX are not converted such as x-emf formatted images. Is there any plans to support the conversion of these images as part of the PPTX to HTML5 either directly or through third party tool like imagik or something?

@plschneide

Thank you for contacting Aspose Support.

Would you please clarify are you using Aspose Native APIs or Cloud/REST APIs?

I believe these the native apis (it is installed on our servers)

Hi we currently use it as a backend service to take PPTX files used for training and then convert this into web based content which we can then edit with our web based interface which is then published as training content. This a pretty common use case in the training industry and often people just use “whatever” when creating their Powerpoint and then want to turn it into learning. This is where this specific problem came up, they had added a non web based graphic which worked fine on the desktop but couldn’t be converted when they put the content online.

@plschneide,

Thank you for sharing the feedback. We will apprise you as soon as the support will be included in API.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as SLIDESNET-35396) have been fixed in this update.
