Image in word docuemnt footer does not appear in PDF

Hi,


I have create document with image in footer programmatically(attached with this thread). Then I have converted this document to PDF using Aspose API. After successfully converted to PDF the image from footer is not appearing in PDF(attached with this thread).
Can you please look into this as this issue reported by one of the customer with high priority.

We are using following libraries
Aspose.Pdf 10.4.0
Aspose.Words 15.4.0

Can we expect the issue will be resolved by next week? This issue is blocker in production to the one of our customer.
OR can we have work around by which we can resolve this issue?

Our developers work on issues on a first come, first served basis. We feel this is the fairest and most appropriate way to satisfy the needs of the majority of our customers.

Unfortunately, there is no workaround available for this issue. Currently, your issue is pending for analysis. Once our product team completes the analysis of this issue, we will then be able to provide you an estimate.

Just for your information, we have tried to convert PDF of word document with image in footer(same document attached with this thread) using Microsoft Word. It works as expected. The converted PDF shows image in footer.

Thanks for the detail. Yes, MS Word renders the image correctly in Pdf. We will update you via this forum thread once this issue is resolved.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-14295) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 16.12.0 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 16.12.0 update.
