Image missing while converting html to docx

Hi,

While converting html with images are converted to docx , few images are missing.These images are fine while converting to doc.

I have attached the zip containing the html and images.

We are using ASPOSE WORDS (java) version 2.4.0.0

Some of our observations are :

  1. This works with jdk1.6 and not with jdk1.5.0_13.
  2. We suspect the problem to be with BMP to gif conversion in jdk1.5

This is a Showstopper for us.

Thanks for your request. I can’t reproduce this issue on my side. I use the latest version of Aspose.Words (v2.4.1.0) for testing. You can download this version from here.

Can you provide us the link for bug fixes/ enhancements made in 2.4.1?
