Image not showing properly when doing conversion from PDF to Word

Hi Support,

When we doing conversion from PDF to Word, the image sometimes broken (the image shows weird color).
Please see the image below for our broken images under the converted Word document.

We also have image that filled with red layer where I cannot provide the screenshot.

When I tried to debug I see this error message from visual studio. note: the Word document still created even with this error
