i am trying to read images files from your ocr sdk. I have attached 2 images with this thread.
when i use img5 then output is good and correct but when i use image1 then output is some raw data which is not equivalent to image data.what i have to keep in mind to receive good data from image.both image s have dpi of 300.

We have evaluated the scenario at our end. It was found that the issue persists. The issue has been logged into our system with ID OCR-36043. Our product team will look into it. We will update you accordingly via this forum thread.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as ) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for JasperReports 18.3 update.
