Hello,
when you save/convert attached document to HTML with Aspose Words (tested 15.11) image title is not being saved, only description can be found in img tag alt attribute. I found info that in 15.2 version of Aspose Words it was fixed. IMO document title value for image should be saved to title attribute of img tag, but I only see alt attribute with description value from doc.
Thanks
Hi Brian,
Thanks for your inquiry. Please note that Aspose.Words mimics the same behavior as MS Word does. When input document is exported to html using MS Word, the 'Alt Text Title' value is exported into alt attribute of img tag.
However, we have logged a feature request as WORDSNET-12943 in our issue tracking system for your requirements. You will be notified via this forum thread once this feature is available.
We apologize for your inconvenience.
Thanks for response, yes MS Word saves both title and description to alt attribute (attached test doc has alt=“Title: Title Test - Description: Description Test” for MS Word), but Aspose Words only saves description doc value, title text is not added to alt text in output HTML (for attached doc aspose words has alt=“Description Test” only).
