Images stretched when using Aspose remotely

Hi,

when we create a word document from webpage to Aspose.Words locally, the image sizes are fine and the layout is what we intended it to be but when we remote in and create these the same way, a couple pictures are stretched vertically. For some remote users, it does not happen but for the others, it stretches the image.

I checked and read thoroughly, other discussion topics but those solutions did not help.

Hi Umaesh,

Thanks for your inquiry. Please note DLL versions on local and remote systems should be same. Please double check the DLL version and other setting difference on both the systems, those working fine and those getting issue. Hopefully it will resolve the issue.

However, if the issue persists then please share your sample code along with output documents, both showing correct and wrong results. Please also share your environment details here, we will look into the issue and will guide you accordingly.
