Incorrect color and formatting in converted PDF from doc

There seems to be several issues (color being removed, extra pages added, and occurring with the attached PDF

Compared to the attached Word file (just a couple of examples):

Page 9 - color removed from image
Page 18 - color removed from image
Page 127 - fill color and background image removed from text box
Page 129 - fill color and background image removed from text box
Page 134 - Extra page added

We are running v13.1.0.0

Thanks for your inquiry. I have tested the scenario and have not found the folloing issue:

  • color removed from image
  • fill color and background image removed from text box

I would suggest you please upgrade to the latest version (v13.2.0) from here and let us know how it goes on your side. If you still face problem, please share some more information about your query.

Regarding extra pages query, I am working over it and will update you asap.

I have managed to reproduce the same issue (Page 134 - Extra page added) at my side. I have logged this issue as WORDSNET-7915 in our issue tracking system. I have linked this forum thread to the same issue and you will be notified via this forum thread once this issue is resolved.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-7915) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
