Inking not part of PDF-output

Hi,

When converting a document that contains Inking (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Draw-and-annotate-with-ink-in-Office-2016-c00b7319-2b50-4784-8114-47593d991c5c?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US&fromAR=1) to PDF, the ink is in the foreground and thus hides text behind the ink.
The output therefore cannot be used since important information (that has been inked by someone for that matter) is not highlighted but effectively deleted.

This is different to the behavior of MS Word when viewing the document in Word and also when printing the document with Word.

I have attached my used FlatOPC input file as well as the output of Aspose.Words (PDF, PDF/A-1a and PDF/A-1b) to demonstrate the behavior.

If other customers rely on the existing behavior this could of course be an opt-in-feature

Kind regards
