Insert Html with image

Hello

We have a problem when inserting an HTML content into a document when the HTML has image.
We use DocumentBuilder.InsertHtml() but when we export the document to pdf we got red cross (see file attached).
Html contains OakWood

What we are doing wrong?

Thank you for inquiry. First off, please try to use the latest version at your end and see if it resolves your issue. Moreover, I did not observe this problem on my end. I have attached input/output files for your reference.
