Install error #2869

I had a had crash with my hard disk and now I have installed all my Visual Studio 8 things untill Aspose.Words. The error message is (Windows installer) “This installation package could not be opened. Verify …” (see screenshot in attachment). I called the msi with following command: “msiexec -i C:…\Aspose\Aspose[1].Words.msi”. I’m still on Vista and my client profile is on server side.

I have some problems in production environment to solve, that’s why I need a fast help.

I think, you might be running into the problem described on this page here

Could you please try running the installer with administrative privileges through the command line as described on that page and see if that fixes the issue.
