We could not find any issue by installing Aspose.Cells for RS using its MSI installer. Could you elaborate your issue more and provide your environment details (e.g OS, SQL Server version), .NET Framework version and version of Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services, etc. Also, any other step to reproduce the issue on our end? Moreover, please make sure you have “FullTrust” rights/permissions on the machine where you are installing it. Also, see the document on licensing for your reference.
