Installation on SqlServer 2008 R2

We recently upgraded to SQL Server 2008 R2. I tried installing our version of aspose. After doing so, our reporting services reports throw errors when attempting to render the AWDOC extension, indicating that the extension is not recognized. Is our version compatible with this version of SQL Server? If not how much would it be to upgrade?

Hello,
The Order ID 070709144420 is expired. If an Aspose developer lets you know that you will have to renew in order to correct your error, it would cost you $2158 to renew. You will be helped shortly. Thank you,

Hi,
Could you please specify:

  1. What version of the product you tried to install?
  2. What exactly error was thrown?

The latest official version of Aspose.Words for Reporting Services is compatible with SSRS 2008 R2 but some features are still under development. We are going to release a major version soon.
Thanks.

The error is below, along with the version info from our license. This is Aspose.Words we are using. Thanks for the help guys.

Hi

Thank you for additional information. Version in license file is not version of product. To check version of the library, right click on the Aspose.Words.ReportingServices.dll, select Properties from the context menu, then select Version tab. You will see File version.
Best regards,

Ah sorry, the version on the .dll is 1.3.0.0. Thanks

Hi

Thank you for additional information. This is quite old version. Please try using the latest version. You can download it from here:
https://releases.aspose.com/words/reportingservices
Best regards.

I think this worked. The word document now comes up. We get an error Aspose.Words for Reporting Services

There is a problem with the license.
The subscription included in this license allows free upgrades until 08 Jul 2008, but this version of the product was released on 23 Nov 2009. Please renew the subscription or use a previous version of the product
So I will look into renewing our subscription. Thank you for the help, and very quick response!
Joel
