Installing Aspose.Network for Java

With reference to the installation of Aspose.Network for Java, where can the .jar file be obtained? The installation guide mentions is but gives no download location, nor do any of the available packages seemingly contain it.

Aspose.Network for Java is currently under development. We will release it in near future completing the development and testing.

Could you please tell me what network feature you expect to use in your project?

Specifically it was the Aspose.Network.Outlook component I was hoping to look at further. Support for parsing .msg files seems particularly limited at the moment and I was hoping Aspose could meet this requirement (which the .NET component would certainly seem to; I am, however, developing in Java).
