Often when converting files, the thread we are running in never returns. This happens for both doc->pdf conversions and pdf->doc conversions. While browsing the forums I noticed there was a InterruptToken class in Open and Save Cancellation
I understand that occasionally the conversion won’t work, but when it doesn’t it doesn’t come back, and we get an out of memory issue and our servers need to be restarted, which makes look bad.
All I want is for some way to timeout and kill the process.
This would be great if we could use such a thing in the java libraries,
Does such a thing exist and if not are there any plans to implement it?
