Invalid document model using Aspose.Words

In our document management web app (Prompt) we using apose.words for our document processing. A client of ours tried upload a docx word file that is 20 pages long and we are getting this error coming from our conversion class that uses aspose. Was wondering if you could shed some light on this please?

p.s I haven’t included the file as may be confidential to the client, but can check if it is required to diagnose.
