Is Aspose.Cells c++ version much slower than Java?

hi, we are doing tests on performance of C++ version and Java version of Aspose.Cells, hava found that C++ is very slow comparting to Java, the same excel opened with C++ in 17s, with java in less than 7s, is it normall?
