Yes, messages from MBox files can be easily read and converted to other supported formats such as .MSG, .EML using Aspose.Email. Please see below a sample code snippet that illustrates how to use this feature,

Thank you for the feedback.

Aspose.Email does not have any visual element that can display progress as of now. Please let us know if you any other query in this regard.
