Issue if no record exist

hi guys,
We are one of the proud user of Aspose. We have created one of our application which is developed using .net. In that application we are using aspose to export word excel files. We have got the licence and we are using the licenced version of that product. The issue is if there is no record exist in the dataset or datatable the template for the record displays as it is (eg. <<dtTable>>) also if the column is empty the column is displayed as template instead of that value (eg.<<LOE>>)
Previously we used the trial version there we havent faced this issue. But as soon as we upgraded with the licenced version we are facing this.
We have moved our application to the production server and issue as this will be a major issue for our customers.
plz provide us with a solution as early as possible.

  1. For you issue, are you using Aspose.Words product? If it is so, I will move your thread to Aspose.Words forum, so Aspose.Words team would help you soon. Please confirm us.

  2. If you are using Aspose.Cells product, give us sample code or preferably create a console application, zip it and post it here to show the issue with all the Excel file(s). We will check it soon. Also, we highly recommend you to use our latest version of the product e.g Aspose.Cells for .NET v7.0.2. If you are using Java version then, please use Aspose.Cells for Java v7.0.1.

Yes Amjad Sahi you can move the thread to Aspose.word as we are facing the issue only in the word.
