Issue in multi level list parsing

I am trying to parse word document containing multi level listings using Aspose Words for Java 1.5. Problem is that on parsing the Aspose identifies all the sub levels at zero level (instead one level).
I am using MS Word 2007.
Samples word document strcucture is as follows:

  1. t8

1.1) clause10
Test text jkghjkghadsghhjsda ijhjsdghkgasdkj
1.2) New Clasue
