As you may notice by the attached project, the XLSX file has content on cell F11. After saving it as XLSB and open it, it reports F11 as empty (or null). When I open the file using Excel, it shows F11’s content. Am I missing something? I was using 18.7 and when started using 19.1 I noticed this difference in behavior.

After an initial test, I am able to observe the issue as you have mentioned. After saving your template XLSX file as XLSB and then open it gives empty/null value for F11 cell. I have logged a ticket with an id “CELLSNET-46574” for your issue. We will look into it soon.
