I have tested your scenario/case with latest version (Aspose.Cells 21.11.x) using a template file (containing your mentioned values into the cells as per your screenshot). I read the file via Aspose.Cells APIs and then get the values from those cells dynamically. The values obtained is same as shown in your mentioned screenshot. I also, saved the file to PDF via Aspose.Cells and it works ok too, the values are same as shown in the template input Excel file.
Could you please share your template Excel file (please zip the file prior attaching) and paste your sample code that you are using to reproduce the issue on our end, we will check it soon.
