Issue with Appose-CAD Version 23.3 - Exception While Converting DWFX to PDF

We are writing to inform you about a critical issue we have encountered after upgrading our Appose-CAD version 23.3. We have identified a problem when attempting to convert DWFX files to PDF, resulting in the following exception:

“ImageLoadException: Image loading failed: Cannot open an image. The image file format may not be supported at the moment.”

  • Operating System: Window 11

  • Appose-CAD Version 23.3

  • Line of Code where Exception came: Image.load(file.getAbsolutePath())

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your guidance and assistance in resolving this issue. If you require any further information or clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

We are unable to upload DWFX files to the ticket system because the platform does not support the DWFX file format.

@officeteam ,
please, pack it inside zip archive, e.g., or you can also use some third-party storages and post here link to download it.

@officeteam,
I can reproduce the issue with Aspose.CAD for Java 23.3 but loading is fine with the latest 23.7 version. Please, test the latest version on your side.

We have license that support update up to 23.3. so can you provide any alternative

@officeteam ,
Please, consider the renewing the license to use latest fixes, or you may use 23.1 version which seems to be free of this issue.
