Issue with Excel to HTML conversion when chart title is underlined

Hello,
We are currently evaluating Aspose Cells for Java library v23.08.
We encountered a following problem:
When we load the workbook, and save it in HTML format, the underline in the chart title translates into dotted line (spaces between words in the title are not underlined).

This issue is reproducible on both Linux 7.4 and Windows 10 platform with java full version: “1.8.0_371-b11”.
Attached is the zip archive containing the following:
Test_chart_title_underline.xlsx - source input excel workbook;
TestChartTitleUnderline.java - small sample program demonstrating the issue;
Test_chart_title_underline-v23.8.0.html - generated HTML using Aspose Cells 23.08.
Test_chart_title_underline_saveAsHtml.htm - similar HTML generated directly via Excel File -> Save As -> html.

By using sample files for testing, we can reproduce the issue. Found an error in the underline style of the chart title when converting the file to html.
We have opened the following new ticket(s) in our internal issue tracking system and will deliver their fixes according to the terms mentioned in Free Support Policies.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as CELLSJAVA-45593) have been fixed in Aspose.Cells for Java 23.9.
