Hi,
There seems to be an issue with how the PDF converter handles footnotes. In the attached, Word document, you will see at the bottom of page-2, there are two lines that begin with “DO NOT” and then the bold-faced line beginning with “INVANZ MUST…” is present on page–3. There is a footnote in between.
However, in the attached PDF the line “INVANZ MUST” has been moved to the bottom of page-2 ahead of the footnote.
