Issue with rendering in chrome

We are using Fixed HTML for document conversion. When we are opening converted document in chrome with browser zoom 25%, we could see some rendering issues (chrome.PNG). But when we are opening converted html in Edge with the same zoom all looks fine (Edge.PNG).

We are using 16.10 version.
