I’m creating a new Mbox(rd) to add a sample message to it.
In this case, when the mbox is created and I wanna load it using Aspose:
*DetectFileFormat will detect the created mbox file as MHT, and not as mbox!
Not sure if the problem is in my code (which also you provided) or in mbox writer or in DetectFileFormat?
Just run the sample to make mbox from tnef and inspect the resulting mbox.

Just in case you think the issue is because of adding a single email to mbox(rd), I’d invite you to check this mbox(rd) from Google Takeout with only 1 email inside, it’s pretty MBOX, and not MHT:

Just a note: this issue is not limited to adding TNEF files, I’ve added other types like single ICS and the same symptom occurred!
We have fixed this issue and it fix will be available in the next version of Aspose.Email for .NET i.e. 22.12. If this fix does not resolve your issue, please let us know. We will inform you once next version of Aspose.Email for .NET is available.
