Issues during pdf to word conversion

One of our customers is facing issues during pdf to word conversion →

When we trying to convert pdf to word using Recognition Mode ‘Flow’. Output
is not relevant specially in case of tabular structure.

When we trying to convert pdf to word using Recognition Mode ‘Textbox’.
Output is much better specially in case of tabular structures in respect to previous Recognition Mode, but
due to more textboxes, editing in word is quite difficult now.

Please investigate this and respond soon.

Can you please confirm if you have used 24.8 version of the API in your environment?

Currently using v 23.10.0.0

Results with version 23.10 and 24.8 are same.
