Issues with Excel to PDF Conversion in Nuxeo using Aspose.Cells

We are using Aspose.Cells in our Nuxeo application to convert Excel files to PDF for preview. We are facing the following problems:

Issue 1: Some images do not show

  • Images in some Excel cells are not visible in the PDF.
  • Expected: All images should appear as in the original Excel file.
  • Actual: Some images are missing or not displayed correctly.

Issue 2: Large files are slow

  • Excel files larger than 2 MB take a long time to load in Nuxeo.
  • Example: A 12 MB file with text, images, and charts is very slow to preview.
  • Expected: PDF should load faster.

Issue 3: Excel formatting is not preserved

  • Text, images, and charts look different in PDF compared to Excel.
  • Fonts, colors, image positions, and charts are not exactly the same.
  • Expected: PDF should look exactly like the Excel file.

We recommend you to kindly try using our latest version: Aspose.Cells for Java 25.10.

If you still find the issues, kindly do share your complete sample (runnable) code and template Excel files (if any) to reproduce the issue on our end, we will check it soon.
