The site reports “Access Denied. You do not have permissions to perform the requested action.”.
I tried to search it by issue ID or my name (I wrote several comments there), but received no results.
It seems something happened with the topic. Could you, please, fix it.

It looks like that other thread was started by some other user. And that user has now marked it private. So this means only the thread owner can access it.
It is better if you start your own thread for your relevant queries or issues. You can always share some other thread as a reference in your own thread, which is always accessible to our teams. And you can still access you own thread any time.
Could you please start a new thread with your requirements and issues? Or if the other account was also created by you then please login using that other account.
