Japanese character conversion issue on QA enviroment

Hello Aspose Team,


We are facing strange issue with Japanese character conversion from Word document to PDF.

Basically we are successfully able to convert the Japanese char in DEV environment but in QA the same document failed. Please see the attach mail.

We are seeking your suggestion to short this problem. It really urgent.

This looks to be a fonts issue. Please check if same fonts are installed on DEV and QA. You can also embed required fonts in the Word document for correct rendering of the document.

As per our investigation we have found some fonts are missing between DEV and QA. Please find the attached email.

Could you please suggest us which fonts are required for japanese character for Aspose API?

Accordingly we will try to intall that particular font only.

Hi Hitesh,

You can open the document in MS Word on your DEV, select Japanese text and check the font. Then you can install that font. Standard Windows 7 fonts should also resolve the issue. You can install any font and it should work with Aspose.Words.
