Hello, we have an issue when our Windows servers restart due to an automatic Windows update. When this happens, always at night, after starting our application server, which is Tomcat 8.5, we get the following error when using any Aspose Words functionality: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/aspose/words/zzg4
. If we manually restart Tomcat, everything works fine again. What could be the cause and the solution to prevent this from happening?
Please let us know which version of Aspose.Words for Java you are using? If you are using a version below 24.10, please try updating your Aspose libraries to the latest version. It can be downloaded from the following link:
Download Aspose.Words for Java 24.10 .
Hello, I have checked and we have version 24.4. We are going to update the library version and verify, thank you.
The issue has been resolved, although it wasn’t due to the library version. It was an issue with our infrastructure. Thank you for everything.
