Hi Team,

We are getting below error in our environment but working fine in local.

ERROR : Handler dispatch failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.aspose.slides.Presentation

Environment infra details.

OS - amazoncorretto:11-alpine-jdk
JDK - OpenJDK Runtime Environment Corretto-11.0.15.9.1 (build 11.0.15+9-LTS)
Aspose slides - aspose-slides-21.5-jdk16.jar

Could you please help us resolving this issue ASAP ?

There were many updates after version 21.5. Please check your results using the latest version of Aspose.Slides if it is possible. If the issue persists, please share the following data and information:

  • presentation file
  • code example that reproduces the error
  • full stack trace of the error
